Each manufacturer (see exclusion below) warranties its own product for at least one (1) year from the date of purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service. If you purchased from EmotorPro and your motor is defective within the warranty period, please call us at 800-270-4579 and we will assist you in obtaining repair or replacement. If the product is determined to be defective, we will need the tag (sticker or metal nameplate showing the product's catalog, stock or part number) mailed to us in KS, and will ship a replacement product (contingent on stock) free of charge, unless no replacement is needed and credit on the defective product is requested instead. If no stock is available on the original, credit on the product will be issued instead.
EmotorPro is not responsible for installation, labor or removal costs on any parts, warranty or otherwise.
EmotorPro ships warranty replacement parts free of charge by ground only, regardless of original shipping method. Expedited shipping can be used at additional cost.
* Baldor motors thought to be defective must be taken to a qualified Baldor service center - a list of service centers is available here. Upon inspection, the motor will either be repaired or replaced, free of charge. Please call us with any questions on the process. We can facilitate the details with the service center if necessary.
