Returns


EmotorPro accepts returns within eight (8) months (see Baldor note below) of your original purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us at EmotorPro (800-270-4579, or customerservice@emotorpro.com) to request a Return Authorization. When the item(s) are received back in their original condition, EmotorPro will credit back the original price of the item(s) minus a 20% restock fee.

* For Baldor items, we only accept returns within 4 months of the date of purchase. Please contact us if you need to return a Baldor item.

We do not pay for return shipping. The item(s) must be received in their original (re-sellable) condition.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. EmotorPro does not accept responsibility for damage to motors shipped via any carrier. Claims must be filed with the damaging carrier, or the shipper directly. All carriers have online instructions for the process.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
If approved upon receipt and inspection, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, including any restock fees outlined above if applicable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
