EmotorPro is located in Kansas, with shipping warehouses in Michigan, Illinois, Connecticut, Maryland, South Carolina, Missouri, Texas and California, including factory warehouses from various manufacturers.

Orders placed by 1:00pm CST usually ship the same day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping transit-time estimates are based on business days only.

We no longer ship Greenheck products internationally.

EmotorPro ships only to street addresses in the US and Canada (no PO boxes). Non-US based customers, please see note below for additional info.

UPS does not deliver on Saturday without special request. If you would like Saturday delivery, please call us before you place your order. There is an extra charge for Saturday Delivery.

(Note to non-US based customers: There is a one business-day minimum lead time before shipping to Canada for all in-stock items. The shipping cost does not include brokerage fees which UPS will charge you separately in customs. We do not pay for shipping to or from any country outside the USA under any circumstances, including returns and warranty replacements. We do not ship on weekends or US holidays.)
